BARBELL BASICS
This is a class for anyone who wants to get STRONG!
Twice a week, EMPIRE's lead powerlifting coach PHIL TOFFLEMIRE takes participants through a workout built around the five fundamental barbell exercises: The squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, and row.
The purpose of this class is to give participants a thorough understanding of the skills and techniques necessary for safe, efficient, and effective strength training.
